Managed alpha live

Pigment's standalone Console is live on its managed alpha host with narrow credentialed access to O+K alpha. Accepted and terminal-failure evidence are author-readable and hash-bound. Authenticated Safari sign-off and exact forced rollback are green; production remains deliberately uncut over.

What Pigment Does

Pigment defines a portable frontend language: semantic components and blocks, themes and tokens, capability discovery, validation, preview, and deterministic rendering. This page is rendered through that same path.

Agents can discover a versioned manifest, express desired state, inspect an exact candidate, and revise it through typed operations. A host may retain revisions for undo, restore, and concurrency, but that working history is not a general provenance ledger.

Products own their content and publication decisions. Quill owns writing and publishing, O+K currently hosts this site's draft and acceptance policy, and Nest deploys exact rendered artifacts.

Blocks, typed props, nesting rules, tokens, data bindings, actions, examples, and host grants are discoverable without source inspection.

Immutable preview lineages and deterministic desktop, tablet, mobile, narrow, DOM, network, console, accessibility, overflow, and pixel-diff evidence are proven against an exact build and disposable database.

Portable materialization

The portable core emits deterministic frontend bytes with frozen public data, local assets, validation evidence, and cache identity. Nest binds those bytes into releases and owns deployment and rollback.

Standalone console

The canonical Console now runs at pigment-alpha.owlandkestrel.com and composes semantic edits while O+K alpha enforces actor-bound jobs, managed browser claims, durable accepted/adverse/exhausted evidence, exact commit/publish receipts, and source/deploy-byte attestation. Authenticated Safari and forced-rollback proof are green. The future production surface is pigment.owlandkestrel.com; production graduation remains a separate staffed cutover. Redwood is clean and disposable, not the standing host.
